HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER OF AC MEDICAL?
To sign up and become a member of AC MEDICAL, you will need to be over the age of 19. There are many benefits in joining our cannabis community! Either click the ‘create account’ button at the top of the home page then follow the simple step by step instructions to register. Or, create an order and then select the ‘create account’ box at the last step of the checkout.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your order will be discreetly packaged and vacuum-sealed to protect and maintain your privacy. We ship using Xpresspost mailers or nondescript boxes with no indication of what is inside.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you after the package has been received by Canada Post. The Canada Post cut off is around 12pm noon PST. Please note that orders need time to be processed by our packing crew, so orders after 11:30am PST may not be eligible for same day shipping.
CAN WE ORDER ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS?
Yes, online ordering is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped out the next business day. Please visit Canada Post’s official website to view all the statutory holidays.
We provide free shipping on all over over $200. There is a $15 flat rate fee for all order under $200
AC Medical will guarantee every order is processed and shipped once payment is received. Also, AC Medical will guarantee every order to arrive. If the tracking number shows it was not delivered, we will begin an investigation with Canada Post. This process may take up to 14 business days. If Canada Post cannot recover the package, we will send a replacement order once for free.
Please note: AC Medical will not re-reimburse or start an investigation for packages if the tracking number indicates it has been successfully delivered. We recommend adding the signature “requirement” feature to mitigate any risk of lost packages.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM AC MEDICAL?
AC Medical is a trusted and tenured online cannabis dispensary with over 5+ years in operations and our crew has been engaged in the industry much longer than that. Over the decades, we have created many close relationships with some of the best and veteran producers across the province. Our standards are second to none. We pride ourselves in our quality and safety is our primary concern.
Long before the COVID-19 outbreak, we already operated in the most sanitary conditions. All packing crew personnel are required to wear gloves, masks, hairnets and more while in the facility. The processing facility is also sanitized regularly for the safety of our customers, members, medical patients and staff.
We understand that privacy is a top concern for our members. We will never sell/use your personal information to any third party. Your account information will only be used to enhance your shopping experience to provide better customer service with respect to your orders.
IS TAX INCLUDED IN THE PRICES?
Yes, we have applied a 5% GST Charge to the product prices.
